Animation Work

Personal Artworks

Brandon Reddick is a professional 3D artist and currently lives in Pacifica, California. Whether its 2D illustration, 3D modeling, texturing or animation, Brandon loves to be ingrained in multiple facets. This doesn’t mean that he couldn’t focus on one specialty though. No matter the task or project Brandon tackles it with enthusiasm and confidence. When Brandon has free time he works on freelance projects for several clients across the country creating animated characters for TV commercials, assets for video games, marketing material for live events and graphics for product placement. He graduated with a BFA from the Art Institute of Washington where he trained in media arts and animation.

At the age of twelve Brandon already knew what he wanted to be when he grew up. Between the love of movies, video games and an influential documentary called Movie Magic, Brandon decided that he was going to become a CGI artist. Brandon drew cartoons and comics since he was young. Brandon would stay up until all hours of the night creating new worlds and characters which occasionally got him into trouble with his parents. Throughout the years his imagination grew, as did his love for computers and technology. Brandon now uses his imagination to breathe life into his art. He tackles challenges when they arise with an outside the box way of thinking. Brandon loves to work in a united effort with other industry professionals because he feels it truly takes a team of passionate driven people to produce a positive outcome and product.

/

Brandon lives life to the fullest. He is a very open minded individual who likes to talk to everyone he meets and learn more about them. Most of all he strives to create great work that everyone can relate to and enjoy.

Bio / Resume

The one thing that I feel has been lost in the advertising field is the work ethic, the dedication to the deadline. Then, every once in awhile, I encounter someone that gets that commitment still. You feel safe entrusting your project to them because you feel they’re signing on with the same level of commitment you are, and to deliver a product that will blow everyone away in the process.
/
Brandon Reddick proved to be one of those people.
/
We hired him (through Vincent Media Group) to animate 2 spots with animated noses and ears for an Ear, Nose and Throat MD practice in Charleston. We were familiar with his daytime work with its extensive technical complexity; we were pleasantly surprised to see he was able to deliver the humor and fun, without losing any of his technical savvy.
/
The project was very complex, the timelines tight and the demands for the best high. Brandon’s attitude stayed as positive from the beginning to the sleep-deprived end. He never lost his involvement in making this the best spot that could be created, never detached and went into auto-mode.
/
The results have spoken for themselves. Our peers awarded them Tellys; our clients have been won over to characters they started off being leery of, and have commissioned another spot from it.We are looking forward to working with Brandon yet again.

“I’ve been working with Brandon for over six years, and I continue to be impressed with his integrity, knowledge and passion. He works hard to do his best, and if he doesn’t know how to do something, he’ll do everything possible to obtain the resources or find whatever software he needs to learn to deliver the job. When deadlines have been tight, or even flat-out unreasonable, he has gone above and beyond to make sure projects are done right and finished on time.

He is consistently pleasant, good-natured and fun. I would not hesitate to hire Brandon and recommend him to anyone needing a highly competent, imaginative designer/animator/technical illustrator.”
